They did titers for my class. People needed anywhere between 2 and 12 shots depending on what their blood showed immunity to.
*OCS not RTC, but titers save the navy money, so they *should* do them...

Count on having to do a pregnancy test. At OCS we had to do them every 4 weeks.
If you're not on birth control, you can ask for it during bootcamp.
