Take some dice, and roll them. Whatever it lands on, repeat the order.

I wrote them over and over again. And then recited them to myself when I was distracted, like when I was watching TV or running or driving (maybe don't do that last one). I figured if I can recite them when I'm only partially focused then I'll be able to say them when I've been awake for 30 hours and an RDC is breathing down my neck.
