Sorry to say, but that sounds about normal. Basically, many nukes DO think they are better than many others. The RDC's just want to make sure they understand who is the boss around there. You should be getting a letter soon, but be aware, generally the first one is not a happy one, they do get better however, just keep reminding him he can get through this, send LOTS of positive letters!
