The RDC's will definitely allow you to purchase lotion from the NEX, especially in the winter. However, you will probably only be able to buy certain lotions that have NO SCENT! Theres plenty of nice lotion with like coconut butters and stuff, but you can't buy it.
You are allowed to keep your chapstick on you at all times in your backpack in a certain pocket. |
