Oh that was extremely helpful! Thank you so much!
Any idea how wide the innermost circle is?
On the targets I use, the innermost one is about 2.5", and the next ring is about 3.75" wide

I would describe it as one palm wide. Ish.

You can buy them online, actually. I bought a box of them and went to the shooting range to help pass the time while I was in DEP :D

There is also a Recruit Honor Ribbon that you can receive for "demonstrating superior performance throughout Basic Military Training in the areas of academics, physical readiness, recruit leadership, and commitment to Navy core values.

Yes, this was added relatively recently. Many people drop this off their ribbon board once they get enough other ribbons to fill a row. At my command, that is usually around the 90 day mark when you qualify for the GWOT-S ribbon.
