Bruise on leg
Hey guys, I’m a firefighter and long story short I got a massive bruise on my inner thigh from work. I didn’t go on injury leave or anything like that so it’s not in any record but I ship to boot camp in a few months and it got me thinking: can you show up to boot camp with bruises and things as long as t doesn’t hinder you or you PT ability?

I showed up to boot camp with a massive and extremely painful sunburn. Besides looking ridiculous I didn’t have any problems. You shouldn’t have any trouble so long as it’s not hindering you in any way. The first week or so there will be no PT. So, I would think you’ll be good to go by the time you get to your barrack (called ships in boot camp).

Agreeing with Barbazu. Unless it causes problems with PT or marching everywhere, you should be fine. Just don't complain about it or draw unnecessary attention to it.
