Smile Weeks in BC

I have a question that I am sure I am going to feel stupid about once I get a reply but here it goes.

The "weeks" in Boot Camp are 5 day weeks as opposed to a normal 7 day week. If my SR was on Week 2 Day 1 on 2/19 then on 2/26 he would be on Week 3 Day 1, correct because even though 2/19 was a Friday they don't count Sat and Sun as "training days", right?

Days in bootcamp are actually kind of complex. You don't necessarily move days until you accomplish whatever was supposed to be done that day - we were P-4 for 3 or 4 days waiting for Medical to have space for us to get our shots. But once you finish P-days things are a little more regular.

Saturdays and Sundays are accounted for as "#SAT" and "#SUN" if I recall correctly. Generally "Day 1" will start on a Monday, but holidays can throw things off. I was in bootcamp for Christmas and New Years' and both were weekdays, so with the breaks included our weeks started looking like
M T W T F S S
4-4 4-5 5-1 5-2 5-3 5SAT 5SUN
5-4 5-5 6-1 6-2 6-3 6SAT 6SUN

That is not a simple question and I have not a firm answer on it, but here I believe you can find more information on any theme you want, including studying http://livecustomwriting.com/blog/ti...to-beat-stress

Probably in general the first week when you're adjusting to a new routine on minimal sleep.

After that it depends on your individual strengths.
