The Security Clearance Process for sailors needing SBI access ~

What if, by chance, the clearance isn't completed by the end of BC? Would a sailor still move on to A School while it was processing, or would they be on some kind of hold until it went through or was denied?

They continue through A school and if they aren't granted the clearance by the time they are set to graduate they will be put on hold and you won't technically graduate until the clearance is granted. I had 2 people have this happen to them in my A school class. One was re-rated and sent to another A school the other got his approved.
