A few kids had birthdays in my divisions. Nothing happened to them. But then again it just depends. If your RDC finds out I'm sure some thing like 10 counts or just getting made fun of would happen. No biggy

we were trying to figure that out at the last DEP pt we had. we were unsuccessful.

Not sure which version they're doing.
When we did 10 counts in the police academy, it was an extra pushup.
1 - crouch down
2 - Plank
3 - Down push up
4 - Up push up
5 - Down push up
6 - Up push up
7 - Split legs plank
8 - Plank
9 - Crouch
10 - Stand

FYI I just noticed in my DEP Guide to Success (START Book) this is how they demonstrate Body Builders.

all wrong.

1. crouch
2. push up position
3. knees to right armpit
4. push up position
5. knees to left armpit
6. push up position.
7. down
8. up.
9. crouch.
10. stand.
