Quick question about filling out the direct deposit form...do we just leave section 2 blank and they fill it out after we turn it in at RTC? I can't find the appropriate "Government Agency Name" or Agency Address to use for AD Navy. Would a bank have this info handy? Thanks

Don't worry about it, you will fill everything out there. There will be a day where everyone sits down one-on-one and they will walk you through everything from direct deposit to dependant info to life insurance.
