i want to get lasik so bad, but im not sure if there is anything you can really do before, its going to hurt like a bitch to no matter what, afterwards they have you wash your face and eyeballs with johnson & johnson no tears baby soap, it was decent, im sure there are better ways out there, but it helped.

There is no "making pepper spray easier". It doesn't work like that. Milk afterwards helps, they also make OC removal wipes, haven't tried them though so idk if they work. The point is, you're gonna get sprayed if you are an MA or if you do the FP Training (which not everyone does!!!!).

I've had the wonderful experience of being OCed twice in the past: once for certification in the academy, and once when I was wrestling a DUI suspect on a boat and my partner missed his target... full-force in the face; eyes and mouth open... and I still had an angry drunk guy I had to restrain on the bow of a 25ft power boat! It sucked! Best way to cope with it is to flush your face and eyes with water, and then stand in front of a fan and let it dry out... don't keep flushing your eyes because it'll just intensify again.

Another thing to remember: when you shower that night, you'll still have some residue on your face and in your hair (not sure how much hair you'll have at that point in training). When you shower off, make sure to bend way forward or way backward to keep the water from running down your body... in other words, protect your nether regions!
