Peanut Butter/Penicillin shot?

I don't know if I'm allergic to penicillin. Which made me freak out a bit.
Many of my relatives are allergic to penicillin, including my mom and a couple of my siblings.
I would go to an allergy clinic to get an evaluation, but it could cost any where between $375-$900
