Like they all said above. Also cut out all the bad foods and I mean all of them. Fruits and vegetables are going to become your best friend. I needed to lose 15 lbs and changing my diet helped extremely. It also gave me the energy to pass my limits during my workouts and runs.

There's also this app called NOFFS (Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling Services). It contains workouts that actual sailors do when they're not able to go to the gym or on a ship and just want to work out in their room. I started it Monday and it focuses on a lot of core training and building your stamina.

You will drink so much water during boot camp that you will need frequent bathroom breaks all the time. Our rdcs used to say we had hamster bladders.
