That's interesting, I haven't heard about ATs requiring a 5 year contract. Since it is a recent change, none of the ATs at my command would have been affected, so I can't ask anyone.
If you already signed a contract, then I would talk to a legal officer before signing any extensions. It might only apply to people who haven't signed their initial contract yet. |
