HA! Don't let your RDCs know. We had several people have their birthdays while in basic in our division. One of our RDCs put the orange IT card in one hand and a small piece of candy in the other. Then he would put his hands behind is back and you would have to pick a hand. If you got the hand with the card, you had to do the entire card. It was mighty entertaining
