Default Nuclear STA 21 questions

1. How does the STA 21 program work for Nukes, and at what point do you have to apply?
2. What are the chances for being selected for the Nuclear STA-21 program?

If I remember when my son went through nuke school, the earliest was after Power School, but it also depends on what your evals are like. From there it can be anytime you don't age out of eligibility. My son on his evals was recommended each time, he chose not to apply. so the chances are high if it is put on your eval form saying your must promote and recommended for STA21.
