Ashlm Newbie Join Date: Aug 2015 Posts: 2 Rep Power: 0	Grooming So I'm in the process of joining the navy and I got to MEPS in a couple days. I had a question about grooming matters. I like to dye my hair. It's naturally a really light brown but I like to dye it blonde (I think it's more flattering for me) my question is, will I still be able to dye it while I'm in the navy?
